6-step simple guide for Schools and co-ordinators

Here is our 6-step simple guide on how our project works. This guide makes raising funds for your school hassle-free as all parents pay on line which means there is no handling of money by the school.

Step One

Step OneRegistration

Register your school now for 2022 by calling 01206 331816, or drop us an email at info@totalknockout.co.uk.
Step Two

Step TwoWelcome Pack

We will send you your welcome pack which will include the following:
  • Drawing sheet for each pupil.
  • Co-ordinator/teacher artwork guide.
  • A3 posters for promotional purposes.
  • Parent’s letter of explanation. (to be sent out with drawing sheet to all parents, on the school letter-head.
  • Additional drawing sheets for errors.
Step Three

Step ThreeArtwork creation

All artwork must be completed on the drawing sheet. This can be done as homework, art lesson or ICT project. please see our artwork guide for getting the best out of your creations.
Step Four

Step FourOnline Ordering

Original or a copy of the artwork is sent home either with the child or via the school portal. Parents then use the unique drawing sheet number to place orders and pay on line. Multiple orders can be placed for the same artwork. We have a selection of products including cards, wrapping paper, puzzles and more for the parents to chose from and personalise. See our full product range here.

The ORIGINAL ARTWORK must be sent to Total Knockout on or before the date agreed. The sooner we get it, the sooner we can get it back to you.
Step Five

Step FivePrinting and delivery

The ordered products are processed, printed and packaged by our team. We aim to deliver all orders to the school by the last week of November. A check list of all orders is included with the delivery, please check the orders before they are given out.
Step Six

Step SixCommission

The amount the school raises in commission is paid to the school in February of the following year after any and all repeat orders are completed. We have found over the years that schools that publicise the project via posters and school portals raise the most amount of money. It a great way to encourage creativity!
