Liability

Every effort will be made to meet our delivery date.
We accept no responsibility for any costs or losses of income sustained by any client due to production delays on printing undertaken by TKO for whatever reason.

Company Imprints

All work will carry the TKO logo positioned on the reverse side of the card.

Cancellation

All orders must be received via our online system or be made via telephone complete with payment. Any order cancelled will incur a charge of 45%. If, however, the print process has begun the full payment will be required. TKO are unable to take any responsibility for original artwork including loss or damage. The customer warrants that all necessary permission to reproduce artwork/photographs has been obtained and indemnifies TKO for any action rising. TKO reserve the right to reproduce any work for promotional activities.
