Where do I add my drawing(s) on the drawing sheet?
The back of your drawing sheet has two pages. On the left hand side you will find templates for the Christmas tree ornaments. Please fill in one or more of these templates with your drawings, and when ordering through our shop, please make sure you select the correct shape(s).
Use the right hand side for drawings that will be used on any of our other products in our shop.
Do I have to have a PayPal account?
No. you do not have to pay with a Paypal account, you have the option to pay with a Debit/Credit card ( PayPal can accept a range of credit and debit card payments, including Visa® and MasterCard®)
To do so, click on the “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” button when you are transferred to the Paypal website.
Can I use copies of my drawing sheet?
No! Please do not use copies of the drawing sheet. Each drawing sheet is uniquely numbered and we use this number to control the printing process. If you make a copy then you run the risk of getting another child’s drawing on your product.
If you require additional drawing sheets please contact us.
Can I draw right to the edge of the card?
Yes, we encourage drawing edge to edge. However please ensure that any important information such as text is kept at least 1cm away from the edge of the card. This is because of the way the printing process works, it means that potentially some of the edge can be cut off.
Can I fold my drawing sheet?
NO! Please DO NOT fold your drawing sheet, the crease shows up when we scan the drawing sheet and we cannot remove it.
What must I NOT use to create my card?
Please do not use the following:
- Glitter – it comes off and does not look good when scanned in
- Any metallic pens – they do not reproduce very well, for example silver turns to a very flat grey
- Coloured pencils on coloured paper – it is not bold enough so does not show up well enough
What can I use to create my card?
To bring the best out in your card we recommend using:
- Felt Tips for colour
- Crayons for texture
- Paint to be different
You can stick things on to create collages, however please ensure that everything is stuck down properly. It is impossible for the staff in the office to work out what should have been on the picture so please help us and make sure everything is stuck down securely.
What do I do if I have missed the school deadline date?
Please return your drawing sheet directly to Total Knockout using the address provided on the drawing sheet.
I have placed my order online, what do I do with my drawing sheet?
Once you have placed your order you will do one of the following:
- Return your drawing sheet to your school coordinator
- Return your drawing sheet directly to Total Knockout if you are not linked to a school or if your order has missed the school deadline.
We cannot process any orders until we have received your original drawing sheet.
